Where a course offers a certificate or certificate of completion, the certificate is issued subject to the applicable course requirements.

A certificate issued by Ognimohub Academy does not necessarily constitute an accredited academic qualification, professional license, government-recognized credential, or regulated certification unless explicitly stated.
Learners must not misrepresent the nature, status, accreditation, or recognition of a certificate.
Ognimohub Academy reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or invalidate a certificate where there is evidence of fraud, academic misconduct, identity misrepresentation, unauthorized account sharing, or violation of applicable course requirements.
Certain courses and services may require payment.
Prices displayed on the Platform may be presented in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, transaction charges, or other fees where required by law.
Before completing a purchase, you will be provided with applicable pricing information.

Where artificial intelligence tools are used as part of learning activities, learners must comply with the specific requirements established by the relevant course or instructor.
Unless expressly permitted, learners must not use AI tools to misrepresent generated work as entirely their own where doing so violates academic integrity requirements.
Where AI-assisted work is permitted, learners may be required to disclose the use of AI tools or follow specific citation or attribution requirements.
Ognimohub Academy may establish additional AI-related learning policies as educational practices and technologies evolve.
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to:
Course videos.
Course materials.
Text.
Graphics.
Logos.
Branding.
Software.
Website design.
Platform functionality.
Trademarks.
Educational resources.
are owned by or licensed to Ognimohub Academy or the applicable content owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorization.
